A four-day workshop split into two parts:

Part Two - Thurs 31st May & Fri 1st June 2018

TOTAL COST OF PART TWO £175

£90 deposit. Balance of £85 will be requested 8 weeks before class date

Note that workshop two is only available to those who have attended workshop one.


Workshop Two will continue to investigate the embroidery used to cover this unique item. The process of analysis will be explored, and details about the materials and stitch structure examined. Students will undertake various practical experiments in order to understand some of the potential methods of production, and can work towards creating their own embroidered binding.

 

 

The classes will be held in Ottery St Mary

Times: 10.00am to 4.00 pm

 

Light lunch will be provided on both days.
